Our process
Discovery phase
The primary objective of our discovery phase is to: identify and align varying business objectives, viewpoints and personal aspirations; understand the website’s purpose, structure and content; develop and understanding of our client’s brand positioning and marketing activities; and to investigate our client’s current and planned online technologies.
Design phase
The primary objective of the design phase is to: develop and formalise the information architecture of the website; understand, rationalise and document the number of templates required to deliver the new website’s content and functionality; create the visual style for the website and apply this style to the identified templates.
Development phase
We will implement an iterative delivery approach, to be discussed and refined at the project's inception. At the start, we will also develop a comprehensive project plan. During the design phase, our developers will collaborate closely to validate design decisions, ensuring the build meets your specifications.
Once the new Information Architecture and UX design are approved, we will begin development. We will prioritize the development scope to facilitate regular code deployments into the UAT environment, demonstrating our progress to your team. This approach enables your content team to start testing the solution by populating content into the released templates.
Launch
The successful launch of our website relies on completing all deliverables, rigorous testing, and seamless deployments. By thoroughly preparing and verifying systems and processes across all environments, we ensure a smooth launch day and deliver a high-quality website that offers an exceptional user experience from the start.
Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty in the unlikely event that minor defects have crept through. All defects identified during the warranty period are remediated within an elapsed 45 days of launch.
