Aviator is an advanced web application designed to meet the unique needs of the general aviation market. Aviator records flight data from Spidertracks' line of small New Zealand made GPS units, known affectionately as Spiders.
Aviator is all about safety. Pilots can share their flight data with friends and family, notifying them instantly in case of an emergency.
Our design of Aviator helps to open up the world of social flying. Pilots can use the app to find other aviators with similar flying interests, then help them keep in touch by sharing their flight history and experiences.
Our latest work for Telecom is a major relaunch of Telecom Store Finder, the online mapping tool that makes it simple to catch up with Telecom IRL.
Designed and built on top of Google's mapping services, Store Finder is our best practice take on what a location service tool should be: visually clean, easy to use, accurate and fast.
How do you top the award winning mobile website that we built for the nation's leading weather forecaster?
Easy. First, throw out everything you've done and go back to the drawing board to create a completely new user experience. Next, pack that design full of customisable features and new kinds of content. Finally, make it available for iPhone and Android smartphones on the same day.
The result? A pair of top selling, four-star rated apps, designed by Pikselin, and developed by the great teams at Paperkite and MetService.

Pikselin is proud to be part of a team of developers, designers and subject matter experts working to create a new farm management system for FarmIQ.
FarmIQ was established to create something new in the market. In their own words, "The goal of FarmIQ is to turn the meat industry's production-led approach into one that is market-led and focused on responding to consumer needs through a 'plate to pasture' integrated value chain."
Our role is to help FarmIQ achieve this goal by bringing user insight and ease of use to their online offerings.
